The room with balcony. It had central heating, pay television, and a safe box if needed. The hotel's location was central, close to main train station...

Shame the bathroom was smelly.

The location here was perfect and practical, being in a local area that served as a great base for my stay, and the breakfast included a delicious variety of yogurts, hard boiled eggs, and ham.

It was a lovely stay in this hotel. Staff was excelent, very helpfull and friendly. Especially I mean Giovanii who gave us usfull information. Room was tidy and spacoius Very close to Nola, C.I.S.(we was interested in that)

Location to family and staff friendliness

Shower - it was tiny and shabby. I think a shower with a flexible hose is more convenient in a shower that size.

Mind-blowing location near the main train station, super friendly and helpful staff who arranged the taxi smoothly, jaw-dropping swimming pool, delicious breakfast with a large selection, wow-worthy rooms and clean washrooms. The hotel offered free parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, restaurant. It was an unforgettable experience under a reasonable price.

The personnel is great: friendly and professional. Very customer oriented also. Special thanks to the Manager that made us feel like family and we realy enjoyed everytime we met.

the room was not big or much illuminted. we had the missfortune to be there on the Haloween and there was a Halloween party till 04.00 so we could not sleep. the music was much too high volume! everything we had on the table was vibrating as it were a seriuos earthquick.

The breakfast here is amazing with ham, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs, and the staff is excellent; it's conveniently located just a short walk to the garden and tourist attractions as well as Naples and the airport.

While the location may not seem promising at first, you can find great places to eat nearby. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location was perfect, situated near restaurants, Naples, Naples Airport, and a lovely garden, and the quadruple room was beautifully decorated overlooking the backyard.

Amazingly attentive staff! When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt welcomed. They even arranged transportation for me to explore the area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel has a nice pool area where we could relax, and they offered a decent breakfast. the location was also great, close to the train station and easy to find parking. One of the best things was the comfortable bed, which made it easy to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

the first thing was the lack of cleanliness in our room, which had a weird smell and dirty windows.
